This and that…….

Just a few things….

I am trying to be better about my writing gig over at the Examiner – so I wrote something today – it’s here.

Along the lines of that article, I just registered to be a blood marrow donor – ok, I asked for the test kit – but I will be on the registry very soon. You can do that too at www.BeTheMatch.org. I was inspired to do this by my sorority sister, Lynne Lewis, who is donating marrow right now. You go girl! She is saving a life. That’s better than anything I did today this whole entire decade.

My essay about going to the post office in Delhi will be published in an anthology. Yahoo! It’s called Forced to Fly 2. Mine is one of only 22 essays selected. The book is scheduled for release in early 2012. And, yes, I will bore you to tears with the details once it’s ready for purchase. Remember, you knew me when. tee hee.
